.Remember that the shrinkage becomes indistinguishable from space
expansion, they are 2 sides of the same coin.

. Its possible that with time it
could just be that the gravity's from extra distant mass could come
into view and show their effects. Speed of light being what it is such
delays are conceivable but more thought is needed here.

We have the quantum vacuum but there is a lot more to it than people
realize. Read up on quantum entanglement and note how it involves
photons then read up on the quantum vacuum and its relation to
photons. Note that Casimir effect involves exclusion of certain
wavelengths where the surrounding space actually pushes the plates
together. Note the extreme energy predictions for the quantum vacuum
ends you up with all the mass in an entire star on a single nuclei.
Its was so extreme it was unbelievable and the idea is mostly ignored.
Nice idea that I made up a term for is quantum inertial entanglement.

A favorite thought experiment involves a relativistic space ship i.e.
one traveling near light speed only this one cannot be slowed down and
its dragging an infinitely strong cable with an anchor attached. It
travels by a black hole with its anchor dipping into where the speed
of light is only 1/2 of its speed relative to the space ship. What will
happen is that the entire black hole will be accelerated to prevent
the anchor from violating light speed locally. This works even if the
anchor is only 1 atom in size.
In other words there is something connecting everything in that black
hole with every other thing near it.

But to add a bit more
The extreme amounts of energy predicted for the quantum vacuum might
turn out to be like that thought experiment where you drag an anchor
by a black hole and end up dragging on the entire black hole. Trying to
weigh a single quantum vacuum around a single atom might be like
trying to weigh a single link in an infinitival long chain stretched
infinitely tight. There is probably one of the dimensions where
distances is ignored and everything is actually acting like its only
an atom away, that's why when predicting the entire quantum vacuum
energy around an atom you actually are measuring an near infinite
amount of energy. Quantum entanglement of photons also suggest this
dimension where distances are ignored.

This
alternative theory implies that gravity is a result of difference in the quantum vacuum and these
differences also effect time.
But some time later on I started to think that if you had 2 boxes side by side filled with
bouncing balls and one of the boxes had a slower rate of time in it that the one with slower time
would tend to collect the most balls. Talk with some physicists and they pointed out that their
may not be anything with a true rest mass if you go down far enough. In other words even if a
block of metal has rest mass none of its fundamental particles do.
So could some of the questions about gravity be due to the slight time differences I don't know
yet but its something extra to ask about.

You can never measure the differences because as soon as you change its
concentration you also change the volume of the tools you would measure that difference with.
In other words increase the concentration of zero point energy or the quantum vacuum and you will
contract matter and expand space. In this alternative theory its the quantum vacuum or zero point
energy that puts matter in its place so that space can exist. In other words if you could deplete and
or shield all of the zero point energy away from a particle then that particle would swell up and
also display a faster time. If possible leads to arguments for the possibilities of wormholes and warp drives.

Some examples where casimir plates are taken on a space ship to
different locations in a gravity well were also used to examine these ideas. Its a requirement
that even when everything contracts
and time slows that our travelers will not be able to use the plates
as a preferred reference i.e. that he cannot use the casimir plates to tell
where he is located without the need to look outside or to another reference.

And if it is just differences in the concentration of the zero point energy gives us gravity then they
become 2 sides of the same coin. Very slight differences in the quantum vacuum gives gravity and then the same
stuff that makes gravity possible is also responsible for space in this alternative theory. Its just that the concentration is even everywhere that gives flat space.

I still don't know what gravity really is, just that there are good arguments on these
relationships. Gravity being just a curvature of space time is a vast oversimplification but it is probably part of what gravity is.

HOW THE BIG BANG OCCURRED
Another way to look at how this works is to look at how universes are
created and how even a depleted nuclear fuel such as iron can be
turned back into hydrogen. Remember that iron is the most stable and
all other nuclear reactions involve going from heavier to lighter or
lighter to heavier elements and iron is right in the middle. And of
course that law of thermodynamics that results in heat death as
universes die.
Neutron stars tend to be covered in a thin layer of iron but even
that's just at the edge of being crushed into neutrons. You can add iron
and much of that iron is converted into neutrons but without a way to
pull neutron stars apart you cant get them out. Also note that free
neutrons break down to hydrogen in about 12 minutes. In other words you
can get hydrogen out of iron to start another star from the spent fuel
of the previous star.
Think about 2 neutron stars just at the edge of becoming black holes
falling into each other and becoming a black hole, and then with the
associated expansion of space. Look at how two distant point particles
would view the expansion and then from the prospective as viewed by us
outside the black hole. Note that for us the creation of the black hole
looks to occur at about the same time with with our 2 most distant
particles becoming part of the black hole at about the same time. But
the look at the prospective of our point particles for them the
expansion looks faster than light. Except that they are only able to
measure the size of their new universe is somewhat restricted by the
limitations that light has had the time to travel.

If universe's are inside of black holes then any extra mass added will probably
cause that space inside to increase. Just like the popular theories now claim but have no way to explain why

Looking again at how particle accelerators manage to create antimatter
and that its not so easy to actually pull fundamental particles apart and trying to do so tends to create antiparticles as well as normal mater ones. You will
note that if space were to expand fast enough the same sort of thing will happen and you would get much more
than what was started with except that you will get an equal number of antiparticles. And don't forget those free neurons that
had themselves came from iron being crushed into neutrons that can in turn revert to hydrogen again. Its truly
like turning time backwards on thermodynamics. What happened to the
antimatter is another speculation and surprising as it seams leads to
extra speculation on warp drives.

Just noticed the possibility of some confusion so to be sure this is
not the case. I have looked at the idea that for time dilation to work
in gravity might have required the object to be sitting on surface
experiencing the gravity and or having fell would be traveling fast
enough to cause its time to measure slower and the effect was not due
to the gravity but the speed objects gained from it. That could also
mean that if the clock was setting motionless on a table its time
would be slower but as soon as it was in free fall again that time
dilation effect would disappear.
Looked closely at this and came to the conclusion that even if the
table had been pulled from under the clock i.e. in free fall an object
is considered not to be experiencing gravity, it would still be at a
slower time due to the process of having gotten it to that level in
the first place.

.Actually I don't
really know why the expansion is still occurring. But this alternative
theory dose predict white holes see my previous posting where I look
at how universes were created inside of black holes. If we are inside
of a black hole then we must have an event horizon were matter and
energy can still arrive from the previous universe.
These would appear as white holes where the event horizon would be
viewed from the inside. More mass can add and increase the size of the
black hole from the outside and the space on the inside as well. Its
ironic that adding more mass can add more space and I wish I had a
closet that worked that way. Larger black holes can in theory tend to
grow at increasing speeds due to being larger are also collecting
inters teller gas etc from more area.
Lat part of my posting where I said that antimatter leads to
speculation on warp drive I should have said added extra speculation.
Part where I said about how point particles see space expand I should
have emphasizes the extremes of this. Remember that our point particles
view would be of the distances of their original neutron star of only
about 100km or so and then going into a space of 15 billion light
years or more across is huge. Note the way that from the point
particles would see every point as the center due to the way light
needs time to travel.
This theory dose give some of the same predictions as the now popular
inflation theory its not been closely looked at to be really sure
about how closely and what if any differences one might find.
One of the interesting ideas about white holes is that if they exist
would prove this theory is correct but the white holes would only be
visible if something is falling into them. It would be interesting to
look at cosmic rays to see if they could be lower energy particles or
light that had been shifted into higher energy from a previous
universe due to coming from a white hole. They would be extraordinary
as they would probably appear in more than one place in our universe
yet if you got close to one you would see there was only the one. They
would display repulsive gravity but in reality it might be like saying
that the sky has repulsive gravity.
And of course the strangest thing about them is they would provide
shortcuts to other parts of the universe and if they exist will be the
best proof ever of the possibility of warp drives.
